MY PILATES & FRIENDS EXPERIENCE

I recently decided to give Pilates & Friends after seeing a lot of great things online. I've always been interested in Pilates, but wasn't able to finding a good class. The first thing that caught my attention was the friendly atmosphere. Everyone seemed so welcoming and encouraging. The instructor, whom, was fantastic! She was skilled and made sur
